What is a directory entry?
The estate agent directory lists estate agents throughout mainland Spain and the islands. By advertising properties at the Basic level, you will automatically appear in every town where you are listing properties.
What is an enhanced directory entry?
By advertising at Business or Premium levels, your entries in the estate agent directory will be highlighted. An enhanced directory entry will automatically appear in every town where you list properties.
What is priority directory placement?
The estate agent directory displays Business and Premium entries first, followed by Basic entries, and then free entries.
What is a property listing?
Each of your properties will have a mini-listing which is displayed in the property search results on Kyero.com.
What is an enhanced property listing?
By advertising at Business or Premium levels, a number of your properties will be automatically enhanced so that they stand out on a page of property search results.
What is a town listing?
By advertising at Business or Premium levels, your company will appear as a specialist in specific towns of your choice, where available. There are a maximum of five specialist listings in a single town.
What is a region listing?
By advertising at the Premium level, your company will appear as a specialist in a particular costa, province or region of your choice, where available. There are a maximum of five specialist listings in a single location.
What is a featured property?
By advertising at Business or Premium levels, a number of your properties will be automatically featured on rotation at the top of every property results page.
What is a home page property?
By advertising at Business or Premium levels, a number of your properties will be automatically featured on rotation on the home page – and on eight additional language home pages.
What is the free web kit?
It’s the quickest way for you to get a professional web site built – at the lowest possible cost. The basic kit is free and on average it will cost just €200 to customise it with your own logo and colours.

What is an upgrade credit?
